Assist in developing and enforcing site-specific HSE plans and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions.
Support preparation of Job Safety Analysis and Risk Assessments for construction activities.
Investigate incidents, and near misses; prepare reports & recommend preventive measures.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for site personnel.
Maintain HSE records including permits, inspection reports, and training logs.
Prepare weekly/monthly HSE performance reports for management.
Assist in developing and implementing emergency response plans and conduct drills.
Coordinate with project team to integrate safety into planning and execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Safety Management / Environmental Science.
Certification in HSE (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA preferred).
Minimum 12 years of experience in HSE management in large scale construction projects. (Buildings / Villas / Highrise). Should have minimum 5 years relevant work experience (as HSE - Asst. Manager or Sr. Engineer)
Strong knowledge of local health and safety laws and international standards.
Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions effectively.
OSH Qualification (NVQ level 4/5). NEBOSH Diploma. (Level 6 equivalent or above).
ISO-45001 Lead Auditor is required
