The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Route Optimization Analyst to support route planning, analyze transportation data, and help improve delivery efficiency across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations analytics professional looking to grow their career in an international and fully remote working environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze transportation and delivery data to optimize routes. Support daily route planning and resource allocation activities. Work closely with Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and Analytics teams. Monitor delivery performance and identify optimization opportunities. Prepare route analysis reports, dashboards, and performance updates. Support GPS and route planning system monitoring. Assist with fleet utilization and delivery scheduling analysis. Track transportation KPIs and operational trends. Coordinate with operations teams to improve delivery efficiency. Help resolve routine route planning and logistics issues. Maintain accurate operational records and documentation. Support process improvement initiatives across transportation operations. Promote data accuracy and operational efficiency. Assist with cross-functional logistics and supply chain projects. Stay informed about route optimization and transportation best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related field is preferred.1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, route planning, operations analytics, or a related role is an advantage. Good understanding of transportation and routing principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Experience with Excel, Power BI, Google Maps, GIS tools, route planning software, or transportation management systems is an advantage. Familiarity with fleet management, GPS tracking, delivery optimization, or KPI reporting is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
