The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Traffic Management Officer to support traffic coordination, monitor transportation activities, and help maintain safe and efficient operational workflows across the organization. Key Responsibilities Monitor daily traffic and transportation operations. Coordinate vehicle movements and operational schedules. Work closely with Traffic Management, Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Operations, Customer Support, and Operations teams. Track transportation activities and provide operational updates. Support route coordination and traffic planning initiatives. Monitor operational KPIs and transportation performance. Maintain traffic records, reports, and operational documentation. Coordinate with drivers, dispatch teams, and internal stakeholders where required. Help resolve routine traffic and scheduling issues. Support incident reporting and traffic-related documentation. Maintain organized operational records and document control procedures. Assist with transportation process improvement initiatives. Promote safety and operational efficiency across traffic management activities. Support cross-functional logistics and fleet projects. Stay informed about traffic management and transportation best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.1–3 years of experience in traffic management, transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or a related role is an advantage. Good understanding of traffic coordination and transportation operations. Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), GPS tracking tools, ERP systems, Excel, or Microsoft Office is an advantage. Familiarity with route planning, dispatch coordination, or traffic monitoring is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams. UAE or GCC transportation experience is an advantage but not required. Relevant transportation or logistics certifications are welcome but not mandatory. What We Offer????
