The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Demand Fulfillment Planner to coordinate demand fulfillment activities, balance inventory with customer demand, and support efficient supply chain operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities Support daily demand fulfillment and supply planning activities. Monitor customer demand, inventory levels, and replenishment requirements. Work closely with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Logistics, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Operations teams. Coordinate order fulfillment and inventory allocation activities. Analyze demand trends and identify planning opportunities. Maintain planning records, reports, and operational documentation. Track fulfillment KPIs and prepare management updates. Coordinate with warehouses and logistics teams regarding product availability. Support inventory optimization and stock replenishment initiatives. Help resolve routine fulfillment and planning issues. Maintain organized records and document control procedures. Support continuous improvement across planning and fulfillment processes. Promote accuracy and efficiency across supply chain operations. Assist with cross-functional planning and logistics projects. Stay informed about demand planning and fulfillment best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred.1–3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or a related role is an advantage. Good understanding of demand planning and order fulfillment processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Experience with SAP, Oracle, ERP systems, Excel, Power BI, or planning software is an advantage. Familiarity with forecasting, inventory allocation, replenishment planning, or KPI reporting is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams. UAE or GCC supply chain experience is an advantage but not required. Relevant supply chain or planning certifications are welcome but not mandatory. What We Offer????
