About the Role We’re looking for enthusiastic Baristas to join our team focused on delivering a perfect cup of handmade coffee while delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high-quality service, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Whether in customer-facing roles, food preparation, or operational support, you’ll play a vital part in creating memorable experiences for our customers while working as part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty item Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations based on preference Operate equipment or coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems efficiently and safely Follow health and safety standards by always adhering to hygiene and food safety regulation Restock supplies and assist with inventory Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operation Handle customer feedback and resolve issue professionally
Desirable Skills & Experience Previous Barista or Café Experience With knowledge in cash handling & POS system Passionate about creating positive guest experiences, making product recommendations, or keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes Able to interact clearly with customers and team members
