• To manage the quality assurance and quality control process for building construction projects, from documentation and inspection planning through to internal audits and project handover. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ● Develop and implement project-specific quality plans, ITPs and method statements. ● Lead internal quality audits and support external/client audits as required. ● Manage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. ● Oversee and mentor QA/QC Inspectors to ensure consistent inspection standards on site. ● Coordinate with project management, subcontractors and consultants on quality matters. ● Maintain quality documentation, registers and reporting in line with ISO 9001 requirements. ● Support project close-out and handover through quality compliance verification.

Desired Candidate Profile

• REQUIREMENTS ● 5+ years of QA/QC engineering experience within the UAE/GCC construction industry. ● Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems. ● Proven experience preparing ITPs, method statements and quality plans. ● Skilled in internal audits, vendor assessments and non-conformance management. ● Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; recognized QA/QC certification preferred.
