• JOB PURPOSE To carry out on-site inspections and quality checks across civil, structural and finishing works, ensuring construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and project quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ● Conduct daily site inspections in line with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). ● Verify work quality against approved drawings, specifications and method statements. ● Raise, track and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and site observations until closure. ● Coordinate inspection requests and witness points with consultants and third-party inspectors. ● Maintain accurate inspection records, checklists and quality documentation. ● Support pre-handover and snagging inspections to ensure readiness for client handover. ● Escalate recurring quality issues to the QA/QC Engineer for corrective action.

Desired Candidate Profile

• ● 3+ years of construction inspection experience within the UAE/GCC. ● Sound working knowledge of civil, MEP or finishing works, as applicable to the role. ● Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems and inspection test plans (ITPs). ● Practical experience raising and closing NCRs and site observations. ● Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
