Orthopedic Specialist – Dubai, UAE
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Orthopedic Specialist on behalf of one of our esteemed clients, a leading healthcare hospital in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will provide specialized orthopedic care, diagnose and manage musculoskeletal conditions, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary medical team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive consultation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Evaluate and manage patients with fractures, joint disorders, sports injuries, arthritis, ligament and tendon injuries, and other orthopedic conditions. Develop appropriate treatment plans based on clinical assessment and diagnostic findings. Review and interpret X-rays, MRI, CT scans, ultrasound, and other relevant diagnostic investigations. Provide conservative and non-surgical management where appropriate. Perform orthopedic procedures within the scope of clinical expertise and hospital privileges. Assess patients who may require surgical intervention and coordinate with the appropriate surgical team.
Candidate Requirements
Medical degree from a recognized medical institution. Recognized postgraduate qualification in Orthopedics/Orthopaedics. Relevant specialist-level clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary hospital team. Commitment to patient safety, professional ethics, and high-quality healthcare delivery.

نحن نبحث عن أخصائي عظام مؤهل وذو خبرة عالية نيابة عن أحد عملائنا المرموقين، وهو مستشفى رائد في دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. سيقوم المرشح الناجح بتقديم رعاية عظام متخصصة، وتشخيص وعلاج حالات الجهاز العضلي الهيكلي، والعمل بشكل تعاوني مع فريق طبي متعدد التخصصات لتقديم رعاية صحية عالية الجودة للمرضى.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
تقديم استشارات وتشخيصات وعلاجات شاملة للمرضى الذين يعانون من حالات العظام والجهاز العضلي الهيكلي. تقييم وعلاج المرضى الذين يعانون من الكسور، واضطرابات المفاصل، والإصابات الرياضية، والتهاب المفاصل، وإصابات الأربطة والأوتار، وغيرها من حالات العظام. وضع خطط علاجية مناسبة بناءً على التقييم السريري والنتائج التشخيصية. مراجعة وتفسير الأشعة السينية، والرنين المغناطيسي، والأشعة المقطعية، والموجات فوق الصوتية، وغيرها من الفحوصات التشخيصية ذات الصلة. تقديم العلاج التحفظي وغير الجراحي عند الاقتضاء. إجراء عمليات العظام ضمن نطاق الخبرة السريرية وصلاحيات المستشفى. تقييم المرضى الذين قد يحتاجون إلى تدخل جراحي والتنسيق مع الفريق الجراحي المناسب.
متطلبات المرشح
درجة الطب من مؤسسة طبية معترف بها. مؤهل دراسات عليا معترف به في جراحة العظام. خبرة سريرية ذات صلة على مستوى أخصائي في مستشفى أو بيئة رعاية صحية. مهارات قوية في التقييم السريري واتخاذ القرار. مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين. القدرة على العمل بفعالية كجزء من فريق مستشفى متعدد التخصصات. الالتزام بسلامة المرضى، والأخلاقيات المهنية، وتقديم رعاية صحية عالية الجودة.
