Key Responsibilities Support daily trading activity, including trade capture and reconciliation Coordinate with operations and support functions on desk-level and broader initiatives Assist with execution of exchange-traded and OTC transactions Work alongside traders on research, analysis, and development of trading ideas Contribute to internal market commentary and analytical reporting Evaluate potential opportunities across new products and strategies
Qualifications & Candidate Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a quantitative or technical discipline Recent graduate with up to 1 year of relevant professional experience Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving abilities Clear interest in financial markets and trading Proactive, resilient and adaptable with a strong sense of ownership Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments Exposure to programming or data analysis tools (e.g. Python, R, C++, or similar) is advantageous but not required
