The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Monitoring Officer to monitor quality performance, support compliance activities, and help ensure consistent quality standards across the organization. Key Responsibilities Monitor day-to-day quality performance and operational compliance. Conduct quality checks and review processes against established standards. Work closely with Quality Assurance, Operations, Compliance, Customer Service, Production, and Business Support teams. Maintain quality records, reports, and operational documentation. Track quality KPIs and prepare management updates. Identify quality issues and support corrective action follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams regarding quality improvement initiatives. Help improve quality monitoring processes and operational efficiency. Maintain organized records and document control procedures. Promote quality awareness and adherence to company standards. Assist with cross-functional quality and compliance initiatives. Support reporting on quality trends and performance metrics. Stay informed about quality management and industry best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field is preferred.1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, compliance, operations, or a related role is an advantage. Good understanding of quality monitoring and process improvement principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Experience with Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, or quality management software is an advantage. Familiarity with ISO standards, audits, compliance reporting, or performance monitoring is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams. UAE or GCC quality management experience is an advantage but not required. Relevant quality or compliance certifications are welcome but not mandatory. What We Offer????
