Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects.

• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

• Supervise site activities and monitor construction progress.

• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities.

• Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.

• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.

• Ensure quality control procedures are followed throughout project execution.

• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Assist in project planning, estimation, and tendering activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or building projects.

• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and industry standards.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and project management software.

• Strong understanding of structural, geotechnical, and construction engineering principles.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• UAE driving license is preferred.

• Membership in a recognized engineering body is an advantage.
