Job Details

  • Produce premium chocolates, including bonbons, pralines, ganaches, truffles, and specialty confectionery products.

  • Perform chocolate tempering, molding, enrobing, decorating, and finishing activities to the highest quality standards.

  • Develop, test, and standardize recipes to ensure consistency, quality, and cost efficiency.

  • Support new product development initiatives and contribute innovative ideas for seasonal and signature collections.

  • Monitor ingredient quality and ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials.

  • Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, GMP, and company quality standards.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain operational efficiency.

  • Train, mentor, and support junior production staff in chocolate-making techniques and best practices.

  • Maintain accurate production records, batch sheets, and inventory documentation.

  • Ensure production targets are achieved while minimizing waste and optimizing resources.

  • Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet company specifications.

  • Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to improve processes and product offerings.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5 to 8 years of proven experience as a Chocolatier in a professional chocolate manufacturing, confectionery, pastry, or luxury chocolate production environment.

  • Strong expertise in chocolate tempering, molding, enrobing, praline and ganache preparation, and decorative chocolate techniques.

  • Hands-on experience in recipe development, product innovation, and recipe standardization.

  • Good understanding of food safety, HACCP, GMP, hygiene practices, and quality control standards.

  • Passion for creating premium chocolate products with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot production and quality-related issues.

  • Experience in training, mentoring, and guiding junior production staff.

  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated, creative, and committed to continuous improvement and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HACCP and GMP Certifications.

  • Chocolate Academy, Ecole Chocolat, or equivalent professional chocolatier certification.

  • Experience working with premium, artisanal, or luxury chocolate brands.

  • Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and production documentation.
