Job Description: \n?\tManage the overall boutique operations, ensuring exceptional luxury jewellery retail standards, product presentation, security, and customer experience.\n?\tDrive sales and profitability by achieving and exceeding targets, while monitoring key KPIs and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.\n?\tLeverage an extensive client database to build strong relationships with VIP, HNW, and UHNW clients, driving appointments, repeat purchases, referrals, and client retention through effective clienteling.\n?\tLead and motivate the boutique team, organize VIP events and private appointments, manage high-value transactions, and provide regular sales, clienteling, and market reports to senior management.\n \nQualifications:\n?\tMinimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Boutique Manager \/ Store Manager within the luxury jewellery industry.
