We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 3–5 years of UAE experience,
civil and MEP maintenance works.
The candidate should have good practical knowledge of building maintenance, civil works, MEP maintenance, BOQ preparation, estimation, costing and quotation preparation. The role will involve site inspections, understanding client requirements, preparing BOQs and estimates, coordinating with site teams, and preparing commercial quotations for maintenance works.
Requirements:
3–5 years of UAE experience in civil/MEP maintenance
Good knowledge of civil and MEP maintenance works
Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, quantity take-off and rate analysis
Ability to conduct site inspections and assess maintenance requirements
Good communication and coordination skills
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
Abu Dhabi experience is preferred
