Experience Level: Junior / Mid-Level About the Role We are looking for an organized, reliable, and people-oriented HR Support Officer to join our Human Resources team in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across HR activities, including employee records, onboarding, attendance, leave administration, HR documentation, recruitment coordination, and employee support. This position is suitable for an HR professional with strong organizational and communication skills who is looking to develop practical experience across Human Resources operations in a professional business environment. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Prepare employment-related documents, letters, forms, and HR correspondence. Assist with recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and candidate communication. Coordinate interview arrangements with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain recruitment records and candidate information. Assist with employee attendance, leave, and absence records. Respond to routine employee HR inquiries and direct complex matters to the appropriate HR team member. Support the preparation of employee contracts, HR letters, and personnel documentation. Maintain organized and confidential personnel files. Assist with HR reporting, spreadsheets, and employee data analysis. Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance, leave, and employee information where required. Assist with employee benefits and insurance administration where applicable. Coordinate HR-related communications with employees and internal departments. Support performance-review and employee-development administration. Assist with training coordination, scheduling, and attendance records. Support HR policy and procedure implementation. Ensure HR documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained. Assist with UAE employment-related documentation and administrative requirements where applicable. Support HR compliance activities and internal audits. Coordinate with external HR service providers, government-related service providers, or other vendors where required. Assist with HR systems, HRIS updates, and employee data maintenance. Prepare regular HR reports and management summaries. Support improvements to HR processes, documentation, and administrative workflows. Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee and company information. Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management. Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field. Typically 1–3+ years of experience in HR administration, HR support, recruitment coordination, or a similar role. Candidates with relevant HR internships or practical experience may be considered for junior positions. Experience with employee records, onboarding, attendance, leave, and HR documentation is preferred. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications. Experience with HRIS or HR management systems is an advantage. Familiarity with UAE employment practices and HR administration is beneficial. Knowledge of UAE labor regulations is an advantage. Relevant HR certifications are welcome but not mandatory.
