Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Lawyer to provide legal counsel and support on a contract basis. The role involves advising on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, drafting legal documents, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities:• Advise on legal implications of business decisions and operations.• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations.• Provide guidance on corporate governance, risk management, and ethical practices.• Represent the organization in legal proceedings or negotiations as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.• Active license to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.• Experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, or regulatory compliance.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.• Ability to interpret complex legal documents and regulations accurately.
