Pick up and deliver shipments safely and on time.
Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
Ensure all parcels are handled carefully and delivered in good condition.
Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments when required and submit them according to company procedures.
Update delivery status using the company mobile application or system.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and customer interactions.
Contact customers when necessary to coordinate deliveries.
Follow company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations at all times.
Report delivery issues, delays, damaged shipments, or customer concerns to the supervisor.
Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good working condition.
Meet daily delivery targets and performance standards.
Assist with loading and unloading shipments when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Valid UAE driving license.
Previous experience in delivery, courier, logistics, or transportation is preferred.
Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and surrounding areas.
Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
Physically fit and able to handle daily delivery activities.
Ability to use smartphones, GPS navigation, and delivery applications.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Honest, responsible, and reliable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Must have a valid Emirates ID and legal authorization to work in the UAE.
