Job Title: Rent Executive(up to AED 10,000/month plus commission)
Tasks and Responsibilities Manage the leasing of luxury residential units, primarily within Business Bay, from enquiry through closing and handover. Generate direct rental leads and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agencies to maximize occupancy. Conduct property viewings, negotiate rental terms, and coordinate lease documentation and tenant onboarding. Manage lease renewals, proactively engaging tenants before expiry and negotiating renewal terms. Handle tenant queries, complaints, maintenance matters, and other tenancy-related issues through to resolution. Coordinate move-outs, inspections, deposits, and preparation of vacant units for re-leasing.
Candidate must have worked with real estate brokerage on selling luxury units in Business Bay.
