HAIRDRESSER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair services including cutting, styling, blow-drying, coloring, highlights, treatments, and hair extensions.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and salon procedures.
• Ensure excellent customer service and create a professional, welcoming experience for every client.
• Keep up to date with current hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Maintain and properly use salon tools and equipment.
• Recommend appropriate hair care products and treatments when suitable.
• Work professionally with the salon team and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hairdresser/Hairstylist.
• Strong skills in cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work in a busy salon environment.
• Knowledge of modern hair trends and techniques.
• Previous UAE/Dubai salon experience is an advantage.
