Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional hair services including cutting, styling, blow-drying, coloring, highlights, treatments, and hair extensions.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and salon procedures.
- Ensure excellent customer service and create a professional, welcoming experience for every client.
- Keep up to date with current hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Maintain and properly use salon tools and equipment.
- Recommend appropriate hair care products and treatments when suitable.
- Work professionally with the salon team and follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser/Hairstylist.
- Strong skills in cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work in a busy salon environment.
- Knowledge of modern hair trends and techniques.
- Previous UAE/Dubai salon experience is an advantage.
