Position Overview We are seeking a creative, professional, and detail-oriented Wedding Photographer / Photo Studio Production Manager to capture high-quality wedding and studio photography while supporting the smooth operation of photo production activities. The ideal candidate will have strong photography skills, excellent organization, and a good eye for detail, with the ability to deliver beautiful visual content while managing production requirements and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Photograph weddings, pre-wedding sessions, studio portraits, events, and other assigned photography projects. Plan and prepare photography schedules, shot lists, locations, equipment, and production requirements. Capture high-quality photographs that reflect the client's expectations, style, and event atmosphere. Conduct client consultations and understand their preferred photography style, requirements, and expectations. Coordinate photographers, assistants, stylists, makeup artists, vendors, and other production personnel when required. Manage daily studio production activities and ensure projects are completed smoothly and on schedule. Prepare, check, maintain, and organize cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, backdrops, and other photography equipment. Direct couples, models, clients, and groups during photography sessions to achieve natural and professional results. Review photographs for quality, composition, exposure, consistency, and technical standards. Coordinate photo selection, editing, retouching, album design, printing, and final delivery processes. Maintain accurate records of bookings, production schedules, equipment, client requirements, and project progress. Ensure professional presentation, studio cleanliness, equipment safety, and efficient workflow. Handle client enquiries, feedback, and photography-related concerns professionally. Support promotional shoots, exhibitions, social media content, portfolio development, and special projects. Identify opportunities to improve photography quality, production efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall studio performance. Requirements & Qualifications Previous experience as a Wedding Photographer, Studio Photographer, Photography Production Manager, Photo Studio Manager, or similar role. Proven experience in wedding, portrait, pre-wedding, event, or commercial photography. Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, composition, and photography techniques. Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar applications. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills. Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities. Creative with a strong eye for composition, detail, lighting, and visual storytelling. Ability to work independently and coordinate a photography production team. Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Comfortable working long hours during weddings, events, peak periods, weekends, and public holidays. Experience managing photo studios, production teams, or premium wedding photography projects would be an advantage. Strong portfolio demonstrating professional photography work is preferred. Relevant photography, media, design, or creative arts qualifications would be an advantage. Fluent English required; additional languages would be an advantage.
