White Aluminium Enterprises LLC – Fabrication Division is currently looking for a PRODUCTION ENGINEER to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our Aluminium Fabrication Division overseeing the day-to-day aluminum factory operations, optimize production processes, manage scrap/waste, and ensure high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities · Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities for aluminium and façade works to ensure on-time delivery of projects.· Implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives to minimize waste and optimizing the operational efficiency.· Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for smooth workflow· Lead and supervise technicians and machine operators across extrusion, cutting, machining, and assembly lines.· Work closely with QA/QC and HSE teams to maintain strict product quality and a safe working environment.· Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance schedules for machinery and production lines.· Prepare periodic production efficiency, material consumption, and yield reports for Production Manager. Qualifications:· Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an Aluminum / Metal Fabrication Factory.· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering· In-depth knowledge of aluminum and fabrication processes.· Proficiency in CAD software (Auto CAD) and ERP/Production Planning tools.· Strong background in Quality Control and mechanical inspection techniques.· Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
