- Lead the design and development of scalable, robust conversational AI platforms and applications, integrating cutting-edge NLP and machine learning models.
- Architect and implement end-to-end full-stack solutions, encompassing front-end interfaces, back-end services, and database management for AI-driven experiences.
- Drive the integration of third-party AI services and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality within our conversational systems.
- Develop and optimize machine learning pipelines for intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management, focusing on performance and accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Experience
At least 6+ years in software development, with strong expertise in building scalable, secure web applications using micro services, REST APIs, and modern frameworks (FastAPI, React.js)
Hands-on experience with GenAI engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows, and cloud-native deployments (Azure/AWS)
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field required
