- Native or near-native fluency in the target language (English, Arabic, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, or Turkish)
- Language teaching methodologies & curriculum planning
- Classroom management & student engagement techniques
- Intercultural communication & adaptability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management & lesson preparation
- Experience with adult or young learners
- Tech-savvy (familiar with online teaching tools and presentation software)
