• Understand different tobacco/flavour options and confidently explain choices to guests.

• Recommend flavours based on guest preferences and previous selections.

• Set up, light, monitor, and replace charcoal safely and efficiently.

• Regularly check shisha quality and replace or refresh it when required.

• Maintain a clean, polished, and presentable shisha setup throughout service.

• Provide attentive and discreet service to VIPs, celebrities, and premium guests.

• Coordinate with waiters, bartenders, hostess team, and floor management for smooth service.

• Monitor tables and respond promptly to guest requests.

• Follow strict hygiene, fire-safety, and venue health-and-safety procedures.

• Handle shisha equipment, charcoal, and accessories responsibly.

• Clean and sanitize shisha equipment after each use in accordance with venue procedures.

• Maintain adequate stock of flavours, charcoal, mouthpieces, and other supplies.

• Report equipment issues, stock shortages, or guest concerns to the supervisor.

• Support the team during busy periods and special events.

• Maintain professional grooming, body language, and guest etiquette at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Shisha Attendant, Shisha Handler, Shisha Specialist, or similar role in a premium lounge, nightclub, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.

• Strong knowledge of shisha preparation and flavour combinations.

• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.

• Comfortable interacting with high-profile and international clientele.

• Professional appearance and excellent personal grooming.

• Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy service periods.

• Strong attention to cleanliness, presentation, and detail.

• Knowledge of basic health, hygiene, and fire-safety procedures.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts.

• UAE hospitality experience is an advantage.
