We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Sales Manager with strong experience in plastic raw materials / polymers sales to drive business growth across the UAE and GCC. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of polymer products, excellent customer-handling skills, and an established network within the industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop sales of plastic raw materials and polymers, including PET and PVC.

  • Develop new customers and expand the company's business across the UAE and GCC markets.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and suppliers.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.

  • Conduct regular customer visits across the UAE and GCC.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product and market solutions.

  • Monitor market trends, pricing, competitor activities, and customer demand.

  • Provide market information, sales updates, and business insights to management.

  • Negotiate prices, terms, and commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

  • Develop creative ideas and strategies to increase sales and expand market presence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; MBA will be an added advantage.

  • 3–8 years of proven sales experience in plastic raw materials, polymers, chemicals, or related industries.

  • Strong knowledge and sales experience in PET, PVC, and other plastic raw materials.

  • Experience handling customers and suppliers across UAE/GCC markets.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

  • Good understanding of market dynamics, pricing, and business development.

  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

  • Self-motivated, organized, target-oriented, and a strong team player.

  • Positive attitude with a strong desire to grow within the organization.

  • Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
