La Maison Ani is an elegant French-inspired dining concept by Fundamental Hospitality, with our existing Dubai Mall venue and an exciting new opening coming soon to Mall of the Emirates.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate and experienced Front of House professionals to join our teams across both locations, including:

• Head Waiters

Some positions will be joining our existing team at La Maison Ani Dubai Mall, while others will be part of the pre-opening team for our new Mall of the Emirates venue.

We will be organizing an exclusive Open Day for selected candidates, giving you the opportunity to meet our team in person, learn more about the roles and venues, and discuss your experience and potential opportunities with us.

• Previous experience in a similar Front of House role within a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment

  
  

• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and guest experience

  
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  
  

• Positive attitude, professional appearance and a passion for hospitality

  
  

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  
  

• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented approach

  
  

• Fluent English is required

  
  

• Based in Dubai
