About BardWood:

BardWood Management Consultancy L.L.C. is the newly established Dubai branch of BardWood Support Services, a UK-based organisation specialising in security, support and workforce solutions.

As we continue to build and expand our Dubai operations, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can take ownership, drive operational performance and help establish strong operational standards from day one.

About the Role:

We are looking for a high-calibre Operations Manager to join our Dubai team. This is a hands-on management position for an experienced professional who can take ownership of operations, lead teams effectively and perform in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining service standards, managing operational challenges and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day operational activities and service delivery.
• Lead, manage and motivate operational teams to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor operational performance, KPIs and service standards.
• Manage escalations, incidents and operational issues effectively and promptly.
• Ensure appropriate staffing, scheduling and operational coverage.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and field personnel to maintain smooth operations.
• Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports and performance updates.
• Ensure company procedures, policies and client requirements are consistently followed.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, employees and internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Take ownership of problems and follow through until they are resolved.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar senior operational role.
• Strong experience in team management and operational leadership.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong decision-making skills and a proactive approach.
• Experience managing KPIs, performance and service delivery.
• Ability to handle operational escalations and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
• Experience in security, facilities management, workforce management or a related service industry is preferred.
• UK experience is preferred.
