Kids Club Attendant to join our Kids Club Team.

As a Kids Club Attendant, you will be responsible for:
- Participate in the smooth running of the Little Nomads Kids Club department on a day to day basis to achieve the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction.
- Create new, unique and interesting activities that draw upon the best cultural, sporting or other offerings of the area in which the hotel is located. Help make the kids club offering a point of competitive advantage for the hotel. Ensure outsourced service provides maintenance standards.
- To have a complete knowledge of the products and services offered by the hotel, and in particular all the kids club activities in the hotel.
- To lead the implementation of all health and safety codes and in particular to take full and complete care of children.
- Execution of the Little Nomads activities programme.
- Ensure that all activities are performed in a safe environment using proper safety techniques.
- Use qualified attendants in all areas where relevant qualifications are required, i.e. Lifeguard.
- Monitor the success of the activities programs through the number of participants per scheduled event and through guests’ feedback. Make necessary adjustments to maintain top quality, fun filled and original programs for hotel guests and kids.
- Prepare and circulate clear information to guests of the events offered by the hotel in conjunction with Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai Concierge.
- Work closely to promote our Spa offering to ensure that we maximize guest satisfaction and hotel revenue by enabling our guests to experience our spa.
- Keep all equipment clean and well maintained in the kid’s club.
- Develop and maintain a strong working environment with the other departments.
- Ensure proper accounting procedures are followed when collecting of charging fees for the kid’s club
- Drive revenues for the department.
As a Kids Club Attendant, We Expect From You
- Relevant and valid child-care certification.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Kids Club of a 5-star hotel.
- Previous experience working in the Middle East Region is an advantage.
- Ability to understand guest needs and expectations and to deliver superior customer service.
- Perform job with attention to details and the ability to organize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Clear communication; effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Speaking Arabic and Russian is an advantage.

بصفتك مضيف نادي الأطفال، ستكون مسؤولاً عن:
- المشاركة في التسيير السلس لإدارة نادي الأطفال Little Nomads بشكل يومي لتحقيق أعلى مستويات رضا الضيوف الممكنة.
- ابتكار أنشطة جديدة وفريدة وممتعة تستند إلى أفضل العروض الثقافية أو الرياضية أو غيرها في المنطقة التي يقع فيها الفندق. المساعدة في جعل عروض نادي الأطفال ميزة تنافسية للفندق. الضمان بأن الخدمات الخارجية تلتزم بمعايير الصيانة.
- الإلمام الكامل بالمنتجات والخدمات التي يقدمها الفندق، وخاصة جميع أنشطة نادي الأطفال في الفندق.
- قيادة تطبيق جميع قواعد الصحة والسلامة، وعلى وجه الخصوص تقديم الرعاية الكاملة والشاملة للأطفال.
- تنفيذ برنامج أنشطة Little Nomads.
- الضمان بأن جميع الأنشطة تُنفذ في بيئة آمنة باستخدام تقنيات السلامة المناسبة.
- الاستعانة بموظفين مؤهلين في جميع المجالات التي تتطلب مؤهلات ذات صلة، مثل منقذي المنقذين البحريين.
- مراقبة نجاح برامج الأنشطة من خلال عدد المشاركين في كل حدث مجدول ومن خلال ملاحظات الضيوف. إجراء التعديلات اللازمة للحفاظ على برامج عالية الجودة وممتعة ومبتكرة لضيوف الفندق والأطفال.
- إعداد وتعميم معلومات واضحة للضيوف حول الفعاليات التي يقدمها الفندق بالتنسيق مع الكونسيرج في ماندارين أورينتال جميرا، دبي.
- العمل عن كثب لترويج عروض المنتجع الصحي (السبا) لضمان تحقيق أعلى درجات رضا الضيوف وزيادة إيرادات الفندق من خلال تمكين ضيوفنا من تجربة السبا.
- الحفاظ على نظافة وصيانة جميع المعدات في نادي الأطفال بشكل جيد.
- تطوير والحفاظ على بيئة عمل قوية مع الأقسام الأخرى.
- الضمان باتباع الإجراءات المحاسبية السليمة عند تحصيل أو فرض الرسوم لنادي الأطفال.
- زيادة إيرادات القسم.

- شهادة ذات صلة وسارية المفعول في مجال رعاية الأطفال.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في العمل في نادي للأطفال بفندق 5 نجوم.
- تُعد الخبرة السابقة في العمل في منطقة الشرق الأوسط ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على فهم احتياجات الضيوف وتوقعاتهم وتقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة.
- أداء العمل مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على تنظيم وإدارة مهام متعددة بفعالية.
- تواصل واضح؛ مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية فعالة باللغة الإنجليزية. والتحدث باللغتين العربية والروسية يعد ميزة إضافية.
