Description
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounting department.Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.IFRS reportingM&A AccountingEnsure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Monitor cash flow, financial transactions, and account reconciliations.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.Collaborate with internal departments to optimise financial performance and processes.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on financial strategies.




Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:
A professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent.Extensive knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis within the Energy & Natural Resources sector.Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
