High End Facilities Management – Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing Facilities Management team.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce

  • 1–3 years UAE accounting experience

  • Experience in Facilities Management / MEP / Maintenance / Contracting is preferred

  • Good knowledge of UAE VAT & Corporate Tax

  • Proficiency in Tally Prime & MS Excel

  • Good understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Bank & supplier reconciliation

  • Client invoicing, SOA and payment follow-up

  • Payroll & WPS knowledge

  • Petty cash and expense management

  • Basic knowledge of project/job costing

  • Ability to prepare monthly accounting and management reports

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Location: Dubai, UAE
