Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Product Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our product offerings, from initial concept through to market launch. 

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our products meet customer needs and align with our strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Translate business strategy into actionable product roadmaps and technical specifications.
• Foster collaboration between design, development, and QA teams to maintain high-quality standards.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and facilitate agile development ceremonies.
• Monitor product performance metrics post-launch and implement continuous improvements based on user feedback.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and present findings to executive leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in product management or product development.
• Proven track record of managing successful product launches from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
