WE ARE HIRING – OFF-PLAN PROPERTY CONSULTANTS

ZEZENIA REAL ESTATE BROKERS LLC is expanding its sales team and looking for experienced and motivated Off-Plan Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced real estate professionals with a proven track record in Dubai real estate, preferably in Off-Plan property sales.

This is a commission-only position for ambitious, target-driven consultants who are confident in generating leads, building strong client relationships, presenting properties, and closing deals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate and manage client leads and inquiries

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Promote and sell Dubai Off-Plan properties

• Conduct property presentations and client consultations

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales

• Achieve individual sales targets and business objectives

• Stay updated on available projects, payment plans, and market opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous Dubai real estate experience is strictly required

• Proven experience in Dubai property sales

• Off-Plan sales experience is highly preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Strong client relationship and follow-up skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  
  

IMPORTANT

REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS STRICTLY REQUIRED.

Candidates must have proven experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in Off-Plan sales.

Candidates without prior Dubai real estate experience will not be considered.
