We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Consultant Family Medicine to join our healthcare team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and high-quality family medicine care to patients of all age groups.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct thorough consultations, medical assessments, and follow-up care.
• Provide preventive healthcare, health screening, and patient education.
• Review and interpret laboratory and diagnostic investigation results.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and evidence-based guidelines.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialists when required and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
• Participate in clinical quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to the medical team.
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and professional standards.

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Recognized Specialist/Consultant qualification in Family Medicine.
• Relevant experience as a Consultant Family Medicine.
• Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered and evidence-based care.
