Daily Rate: 650 – 850 AED / day Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description: We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Director to lead end-to-end recruitment strategies, executive sourcing, and employer branding initiatives across the GCC region. You will align talent acquisition pipelines with business growth goals and drive high-caliber hiring across all departments.
Daily Responsibilities:
Oversee daily recruitment workflows, executive search channels, and applicant tracking systems.
Collaborate with department heads to evaluate hiring needs, define job profiles, and accelerate time-to-hire.
Analyze daily recruitment funnel metrics, cost-per-hire, and sourcing channel performance.
Lead talent pipeline building for senior, executive, and specialized roles across the Middle East.
Direct employer branding campaigns and build partnerships with recruitment vendors and platforms.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition leadership or senior recruitment management.
Strong track record in executive search, volume recruitment, and regional talent sourcing strategies.
Deep familiarity with UAE employment market dynamics and recruitment technologies.
