Compensation & Benefits Director


Job Description: We are seeking a detailed-oriented Compensation & Benefits Director to oversee strategic reward structures, executive compensation, total rewards, and payroll compliance within the UAE and regional regulatory frameworks.
Daily Responsibilities:
Manage daily C&B administration, executive reward structures, and incentive scheme design.
Conduct ongoing market salary benchmarking and job evaluation analysis across departments.
Ensure total rewards programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with company budgets.
Oversee health insurance vendor negotiations, retirement benefits, and employee perk programs.
Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, Wage Protection System (WPS), and statutory regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience managing compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategies.
Expert knowledge of GCC salary benchmarks, market data tools, and job grading systems (e.g., Mercer, Hay).
Strong analytical, quantitative modeling, and payroll governance skills.
