Organizational Development Director

Daily Rate: 700 – 950 AED / day Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description: We are hiring an Organizational Development Director to drive organizational transformation, restructuring, change management, and performance management initiatives that enhance corporate efficiency and culture.
Daily Responsibilities:
Lead daily change management frameworks, organizational design models, and restructuring projects.
Drive the performance management lifecycle, objective setting (OKRs/KPIs), and talent review processes.
Analyze organizational health metrics, employee engagement survey results, and retention strategies.
Facilitate executive workshops to align organizational structures with long-term strategic plans.
Collaborate with senior leadership to build an agile, high-performance corporate culture.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, or HR transformation.
Proven success in designing organizational frameworks, KPI architectures, and culture programs.
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities.
