Job Description: We are seeking a Property Management Director to lead operations, tenant relations, leasing management, and asset maintenance across our real estate portfolio in the UAE.
Daily Responsibilities:
Oversee daily property operations, tenant requests, and maintenance service dispatching.
Direct leasing renewals, occupancy tracking, and rent collection processes across assets.
Review daily operational budgets, service charge collections, and contractor performance.
Ensure property compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD/RERA) and municipal codes.
Conduct site audits to inspect property condition, security protocols, and cleanliness.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate or property management leadership.
Strong familiarity with RERA guidelines, tenancy laws, and property management software.
Proven track record in maintaining high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
