Job Description: We are seeking an FM Director to oversee hard and soft facilities management services, MEP systems maintenance, energy management, and health & safety standards across multi-site properties.
Daily Responsibilities:
Oversee daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities across facilities.
Manage hard (MEP, HVAC) and soft (cleaning, security, waste) service provider SLAs.
Audit facility performance metrics, energy usage, and operational budgets daily.
Ensure all facilities comply with civil defense, health, and environmental safety regulations.
Lead emergency response planning and facility risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience directing facilities management operations.
Strong knowledge of CAFM systems, asset maintenance, and UAE building regulations.
