Job Overview:


The Group Compensation & Benefits Specialist is responsible for supporting Compensation & Benefits initiatives and HR transformation projects across the Group, including the implementation and enhancement of SuccessFactors and other HR systems. The role is focused on compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, benefits reviews, policy development, process improvement, HR analytics, and compliance with UAE Labour Law. The incumbent provides data-driven insights and recommendations to support reward programs, HR governance, and business decision-making while ensuring consistency and efficiency across Group companies.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Perform assigned duties in line with role requirements and business needs.
  • Support daily operations and contribute to team and departmental objectives.
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records related to the role.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and confidentiality standards at all times.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Support the implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors modules and HR systems.
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and external consultants to ensure effective project execution.
  • Participate in process mapping, business requirements gathering, system configuration reviews, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and documentation activities.
  • Support change management, user training, and process standardization initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding actions and issues.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis using external surveys and industry data.
  • Analyze internal pay positioning, salary structures, and compensation competitiveness.
  • Support the review and maintenance of job grades, salary ranges, and compensation frameworks.
  • Prepare compensation analyses and recommendations to support hiring, promotions, transfers, and annual salary review exercises.
  • Participate in job evaluation and organizational structure review activities.
  • Benchmark employee benefits against UAE and regional market practices.
  • Evaluate benefit offerings and recommend enhancements to ensure competitiveness and cost effectiveness.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses of benefit programs and proposed changes.
  • Support benefit vendor evaluations, renewals, and service reviews.
  • Assist in the administration and communication of employee benefit programs.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and related documentation.
  • Conduct policy gap assessments and recommend improvements aligned with UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Support the standardization and continuous improvement of HR processes across Group companies.
  • Assist with HR governance activities, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Ensure HR documentation is maintained and updated.
  • Prepare compensation, benefits, workforce, and organizational analytics reports.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support HR and management decision-making.
  • Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement in compensation, benefits, and workforce management.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data across systems and reports.
  • Support budgeting and workforce planning exercises through data analysis.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders on compensation and HR-related initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on compensation, benefits, HR policies, and process-related matters.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR projects and compensation-related queries.
  • Stay informed of market trends, reward practices, UAE Labour Law developments, and HR technology advancements.


Education Qualification and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, GRP, CCP, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Typically requires 4–6 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, HR Analytics, or HR Projects.
  • SuccessFactors knowledge or certification is advantageous.
  • Experience conducting compensation benchmarking, salary analysis, and benefits reviews.
  • Hands-on involvement in HRIS or SuccessFactors implementation projects is preferred.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
  • Experience working with UAE Labour Law and local HR practices.
  • Strong analytical and reporting experience, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of Compensation & Benefits principles and market practices.
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and HR analytics skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide practical recommendations.
