Responsibilities
- Ensuring vehicle is maintained properly and complaints, if any, are reported immediately to the supervisor and the workshop team.
- Prioritizing deliveries and suggesting improvements to the daily route plans.
- Reporting damages, excess / shortages if any, during delivery.
- Handling customer complaints in a pleasant and non-confrontational manner and in the agreed method and raise non-conformances where necessary.
- Completing the trip sheets with all relevant information and handing it over to the supervisor towards the end of every shift.
- Submitting delivery notes to OCC within 24 hours on delivery.
- Complying with the HSE requirements.
- Supervising the distribution assistants and reporting any misconduct to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensuring that the traffic regulations are strictly always observed while driving on the road and all penalties and fines on account of violation are avoided.
- Performing any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet the business exigencies.
Qualifications & Characteristics:
Education – Matriculation or Equivalent
Work Experience – Minimum 2 years of heavy vehicle driving experience in UAE or GCC
Specific Skills –
- A Valid UAE Driving License
- Basic Communication Skills
- Ability to understand, read and write English
- Aptitude to Safety
- Good Knowledge of UAE traffic rules and road safety

المسؤوليات
- ضمان صيانة المركبة بشكل صحيح والإبلاغ عن أي شكاوى فوراً إلى المشرف وفريق الورشة.
- تحديد أولويات عمليات التسليم واقتراح تحسينات على خطط المسار اليومية.
- الإبلاغ عن أي أضرار أو زيادات/نقص في حال وجودها أثناء التسليم.
- التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء بطريقة لطيفة وغير تصادمية وبالطريقة المتفق عليها، ورفع تقارير عدم المطابقة عند الضرورة.
- إكمال أوراق الرحلة بجميع المعلومات ذات الصلة وتسليمها للمشرف في نهاية كل وردية.
- تقديم سندات التسليم إلى مركز عمليات العملاء (OCC) في غضون 24 ساعة من التسليم.
- الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
- الإشراف على مساعدي التوزيع وإبلاغ المشرف فوراً عن أي سوء سلوك.
- ضمان الالتزام الصارم بقواعد المرور في جميع الأوقات أثناء القيادة على الطريق وتجنب كافة الغرامات والمخالفات الناتجة عن الانتهاكات.
- أداء أي واجبات/مشاريع أخرى ذات صلة يكلفه بها المشرف المباشر من وقت لآخر لتلبية متطلبات العمل.
المؤهلات والسمات:
التعليم – الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها
خبرة العمل – خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في قيادة المركبات الثقيلة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي
مهارات محددة –
- رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية المفعول
- مهارات تواصل أساسية
- القدرة على فهم وقراءة وكتابة اللغة الإنجليزية
- الاستعداد للسلامة
- معرفة جيدة بقواعد المرور والسلامة على الطرق في الإمارات العربية المتحدة
