-Define and execute the organisation’s growth strategy, identifying new markets, commercial opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives capable of delivering sustainable long-term value.

-Take ownership of overall business performance, translating strategic priorities into clear commercial, financial, and operational objectives.

-Build influential relationships with investors, corporate leaders, government stakeholders, strategic partners, and other key decision-makers across the UAE and wider GCC.

-Lead major business development opportunities, negotiations, strategic alliances, and market expansion initiatives while strengthening the organisation’s regional presence.

-Establish strong governance and operating discipline across financial performance, resource allocation, organisational priorities, and executive decision-making.

-Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing leadership team while creating a culture centred around entrepreneurship, accountability, innovation, and execution.

-12+ years of progressive leadership experience across technology, innovation, investment, strategy, business development, or high-growth organisations.

-Proven track record of building, scaling, or transforming businesses and converting strategic opportunities into measurable commercial results.

-Strong commercial and financial judgement with experience across revenue growth, strategic partnerships, investment, fundraising, or business expansion.

-Deep understanding of the UAE and GCC business environment, with the executive presence to engage confidently with senior corporate, government, investor, and external stakeholders.

-Entrepreneurial and highly execution-focused, with the ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments where priorities and opportunities evolve quickly.

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA would be advantageous.
