We’re Hiring: Proposal Engineer
We’re looking for an experienced Proposal Manager to lead our bid and tendering function and win major construction and infrastructure projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end bid process, from tender review to submission and award
Manage and mentor the proposal and estimation team
Review cost estimates, pricing strategy, and risks before submission
Lead bid/no-bid decisions and negotiations
Ensure compliance with client requirements and regional regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
10+ years in tendering and proposals, including 3+ years in leadership
Regional experience preferred
Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ, and FIDIC
Proficiency in MS Office and Primavera P6 or MS Project

المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة
خبرة تزيد عن 10 سنوات في المناقصات والعروض، بما في ذلك أكثر من 3 سنوات في مناصب قيادية
تفضل الخبرة الإقليمية
معرفة قوية بالتقدير وجدول الكميات (BOQ) وعقود الفيديك (FIDIC)
إتقان حزمة MS Office وبرامج Primavera P6 أو MS Project
