Job Description:
§ Take proactive control of overseeing all culinary operations across branches with effective supervision.
§ Conduct daily inspections of kitchen areas and refrigerators to assess control systems and maintenance procedures.
§ Maintain responsibility for upholding hygiene and cleanliness standards in all kitchen areas.
§ Ensure the highest standards of food quality, menu presentation, and hygiene are met in all branches.
§ Guarantee customers receive prompt, efficient, and accurate service to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction.
§ Open to Asian nationalities
§ 30 years old and below
§ Must have good understanding of the local food culture and preferences in Abu Dhabi, incorporating traditional flavors into the menu.
§ Must be HACCP certified - Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
§ Holding a valid UAE driving license is manadatory
