Growth Marketing Manager - Human Capital Solutions for Middle East Region

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and increase brand awareness in the Middle East region. The successful candidate will have excellent marketing skills, and experience in creating and executing campaigns that drive results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy to drive business growth and increase brand awareness in the Middle East region. Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Linkeidn, email, content marketing, events, and paid advertising. Collaborate with internal teams, including CEO’s, consultants, and regional&global matketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Analyze campaign results and provide regular reporting to senior management on marketing performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and human capital solutions.

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing. • Proven track record of driving business growth through effective marketing strategies and campaigns. • Strong understanding of the human capital solutions market in the Middle East region. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions. • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot) and social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter). • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an asset. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in the human capital solutions industry or a related field (e.g. recruitment, HR consulting).
