Job Description:
- Implement business strategies from head office, set sales targets, develop strategies to expand the customer base, and promote products or services to achieve sales goals. Building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
- Responsible for local team training and providing support, guidance, and motivation to ensure that team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Initiate the plan of channel expansion in terms of traditional trade, modern trade, B2B and E-commerce with strong execution, include key distributors and key account development, sales network building, sales team incentive etc.;
- Manage new customer development and adjustment of unqualified customers in different regions in terms of stationery, tools, office machine etc.
- Implement marketing activities, such as promotion events, image store construction, advertisement, school activities and social media branding etc
