Job Summary: The Factory Manager will oversee the daily operations of the secondary cigarette manufacturing process. This role is responsible for ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and implementing safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing management, exceptional leadership skills, and experience in the tobacco industry. Job Responsibilities: Production Management: Oversee the entire secondary cigarette manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. Monitor production output, adjust schedules, and address any issues that may impact production efficiency. Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes. Quality Control: Ensure all products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the Quality Control department to identify and resolve any quality issues. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Develop and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for staff. Staff Management: Lead, train, and mentor production staff to achieve operational excellence. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of factory equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. Manage the facility's physical infrastructure, including utilities, HVAC systems, and building maintenance. Ensure the facility complies with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for facility-related projects and repairs. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on production performance, including key metrics and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and safety incidents.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in manufacturing management, specifically in the Cigarette/ tobacco manufacturing industry. At least 5 years of experience as a Factory Manager or as a Production Manager is mandatory with leading Cigarette Manufacturing companies. 20+ years of experience in tobacco/cigarette manufacturing (secondary manufacturing). Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in using ERP and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Open to candidates from abroad.
