Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients in need of recruitment services.
- Understand client needs and match them with our contingency model.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
Client Interaction and Onboarding:
- Present our services and address client needs after initial contact.
- Maintain direct communication with clients until they are successfully signed on.
- Facilitate a smooth transition of new clients to the Business Manager for ongoing relations.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients through regular contact and follow-ups.
- Build a network of industry contacts to generate leads and referrals.
- Represent Agile Consultants at industry events, networking functions, and meetings.
Performance and Targets:
- Achieve monthly targets for new client acquisition.
- Track and report on progress, client interactions, and pipeline developments.
- Continuously refine and improve business development strategies based on feedback and results.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to understand client hiring needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events as required.
- Experience in cold calling and email outreach.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
- Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
