Develop and manage customer relationships and maintain a customer database. Achieve assigned targets in terms of volume and revenue. Understand the local culture and be familiar with the local steel industry social circle in the UAE and GCC. Manage procurement and business development activities within the steel industry. Engage in selling steel products, including mother coils, to electronic manufacturers (e.g., for manufacturing fridges, and ACs). Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, and prospect needs, and generate product development ideas. Maintain a high level of knowledge about product offerings, competitors, and market trends. Develop strategies to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the steel trade or manufacturing industry, specifically related to procurement or business development of steel. Proven experience in customer relationship management and achieving sales targets. Prior work experience in Korean, Japanese, Chinese, or other Asian countries’ steel trading companies is highly desirable. Experience in the steel industry social circle in the KSA, UAE, and other GCC countries. Knowledge of selling steel products and mother coils to electronic manufacturers for use in products such as fridges and AC units. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of the steel market and industry trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
