Safeguards the company, its customers, reputation, assets and the interests of
stakeholders by identifying and managing all threats to the achievements of its
business objectives. Manages implementation and delivery of Enterprise Risk Management
Framework throughout the business to ensure risks are appropriately mitigated. Includes
design and implementation of an Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERM) for the
organisation facilitates the establishment of Risk Appetite and the identification and
implementation of risk mitigation actions with target dates. Maintains comprehensive
and up to date risk registers on the company’s Enterprise Risk Management application
overseeing the plan of risk control functions such as risk financing options, health
and safety measures, liaison with regulators, business continuity plans. Monitors and
evaluates the organisations success in managing its risks and organising appropriate
risk reporting, internally and externally.
